If you call me and I don't call you back within a day, then please e-mail me or follow up. I have gotten six phone messages within the last week (starting December 6) that I couldn't understand the phone number to return the call and there was no e-mail follow up. Two of the people spoke so fast I simply couldn't get the whole phone number and the others were garbled like they called from a cell phone and we had a bad connection. I will always call you back even if I don't have what you are looking for, so if I don't return your call then you know I didn't get the message.
